I love when dessert can also be blood sugar balancing and provides benefits to the body while also tasting delicious and satisfying that sweet tooth!

  • Combine 1.5 cups almond flour

  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup

  • 3/4 cup nut butter (I did half cashew & half peanut butter)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • Small splash of almond milk to mix

  • Roll into balls & flatten on baking sheet, place vegan chocolate chunks on each cookie then bake at 350 for 10 minutes.

*optional to sprinkle sea salt on top at the end
