TROPICAL GOLDENMILK PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

I have loved smoothies throughout my healing journey because they are quick and easy and you can load them with protein, fiber, whole foods, and antioxidants. This one is perfect for a hot summer day.

•1 cup frozen mango
•1/2 banana
•3 frozen cherries (optional for some added antioxidants)
•3 drops hemp extract (also optional, but CBD is a great addition to calm anxiety/stress, also tasteless)

•A few ice cubes

•1 tbsp Golden Milk powder (you can make your own using turmeric & cinnamon)

•1-2 scoops vegan vanilla protein powder (I like NuFyx, Sprout Living or Nuzest)

•Almond milk to blend

*topped with gf granola & hemp hearts (adding crunches like granola or seeds onto a smoothie helps aid digestion!)
