HEALTHY “SNICKERS” STUFFED DATES

This is easily one of my favourite easy snacks or desserts to throw together. Great for blood sugar balance!
Pitted Medjool dates- as many as your heart desires
Add nut or seed butter of choice into the dates (I used sunflower seed butter)
Melt dark chocolate chips with one tbsp of coconut oil in the microwave or on the stove. I did 30 second increments in the microwave so that I didnt burn the chocolate.
Drizzle melted chocolate over dates
Add flakey sea salt (crucial in my opinion)
FREEZE! For at least an hour
