HORMONE HEALTHY EGG TACOS

These super simple breakfast egg tacos are full of healthy fats and protein which is great for blood sugar balance and hormone health. They also taste great and keep you full for hours!

  • 2 gluten free tortillas warmed up on the stove top (I love the brand Siete)

  • Spread mashed avocado mixed with lemon juice and sea salt onto the tortilla

  • Add hummus or herbed spreadable vegan cheese to the other half of the tortilla

  • Cut up 2 hard boiled eggs (one for each taco) and add on top of avocado- I always buy organic pasture raised eggs because they contain the most nutrients and the chickens are treated better!

  • Handful of sprouts- sprouts are full of anti-cancer properties and are full of vitamins, minerals and fiber!

  • Season according to liking! I added Everything bagel seasoning and typically like to add hot sauce too!
