SIMBLE HERBED AVOCADO TOAST

This one isn’t really a recipe but more so a meal or snack idea and a way to incorporate more fresh herbs into your diet!

  • Toast 2 pieces of gluten free bread or bread of choice (Sourdough is a great option because it’s fermented and great for the gut!) - I used a seeded gluten free bread here

  • Spread avocado on both sides of the toast and season with lemon juice, lemon pepper, and sea salt

  • Top with fresh cilantro and chives
