3 INGREDIENT BAGELS

 

GLUTEN FREE

DAIRY FREE OPTION


 

Making bagels is a lot easier than you’d think! You’re only going to need 3 (or 4 if you count seasonings) to make them!

  • 2 cups gluten free all purpose flour (of course if you are not gluten free, you can use normal wheat flour, or self rising wheat flour)

  • 1.5 cups thick greek yogurt (I use dairy free-Kite hill makes a thick greek style dairy free yogurt high in protein)

  • Combine the yogurt with the flour into a dough consistency and shape into bagel rings

  • Boil a pot of hot water and place bagels in the hot water, flipping periodically (this will help give the crispy outside and soft inside texture when they come out of the oven)

  • After boiling the bagels set them on a baking sheet

  • Crack one egg into a bowl and whisk until mixed (this will be your egg wash)

  • Brush egg wash onto bagels and add toppings of choice (I used Everything Bagel Seasoning)

  • Place in oven for 20 minutes at 400 degrees
